Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support Career Architecture Design
  • Help map roles to career levels, job families, and progression pathways within the organizational career framework.
  • Document & Maintain Repository
  • Create and update centralized documentation, trackers, and templates for role profiles, leveling guides, and competency frameworks.
  • Analyze Data & Identify Patterns
  • Review data on current job structures, titles, and skills to assist in identifying gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities in the career architecture.
  • Facilitate and Incorporate Stakeholder Inputs
  • Coordinate discussions with subject-matter experts and managers to validate role expectations, responsibilities, and competency requirements
